 Anyone
who joins the forum can now actively play a part in the association.
This means that you do not need to have PLI or PAT to participate
in the association discussions or projects.
With
the inclusion of regions and speciality areas, each member
can decide how active they want to be. You are now able to
recruit members in your area who do not have access to this
site and relay information to them from the site. We may introduce
a "Team Leader" status to members that setup and
have recruited members in their area. It would be a good idea
to introduce yourself in these areas on the forum so other
members can see who is active already in their area.
Project
area - This is to discuss new or current projects. Projects
can be headed by volunteer members from each region to form
a project party. Project parties can then use the forum to
relay information to other members and associations on their
progress.
Other
Association Area - This is a dedicated area for associations
such as NADJ & SEDA to contact other members to discuss
any issues or projects that they are currently undertaking.
Other associations are permitted to get involved in any MDA
projects or debates as this will benefit all members of all
associations. Any negative comments regarding other associations
will not be tolerated unless it is debate regarding current
projects.
Specialist
areas - These have been setup allowing discussion on regular
debates within the industry. If you have a question regarding
these topics, ask in this area. If you feel that you are an
expert in a paticular topic, I will look at having topic moderators
to chair each position.
MDA
media - The members only area will be removed and the forum
will be used for posting any documentation that is required.
